What we collect
Business account details, and the feedback customers choose to submit: a rating, an optional comment, an optional category and optional contact details.
Consent
Contact fields are always optional. Where required, a consent checkbox is shown before submission and the choice is stored with the response.
How feedback is used
Feedback is visible only to authorised users of the business account it belongs to. Private feedback is never published by RateFlow.
Access control
Every account uses role-based permissions and row-level database security so users only see data belonging to their own business.
Data transfer
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Feedback and contact records are stored in access-controlled managed infrastructure.
Data export and deletion
Business owners can export their data as CSV or PDF at any time, and can request deletion of individual responses or the entire account.
